• Banners should always be visible on the top portion of your website. Generally, having the banner in a place where scrolling is necessary before it becomes visible significantly decreases the number of clicks you will receive.
  
  
• The more pages you have banners on, the more clicks you will receive. Placing banners on all of your pages in a highly visible location is a guaranteed way to increase the number of clicks it receives.
  More clicks = more sales.
  
  
• Try including some relevent text around your banner. Things like:
  
  
  • "Insuring your pet with ShelterCare is a great way to support our shelter"
    
    
  • "We receive a $25 donation for every pet insured through this banner link"
    
    "Support our Shelter & Protect your pets health at the same time. A $25 donation is provided to us everytime a Pet is enrolled in a ShelterCare Pet Insurance Program through this link."
